These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WithIn Club's structured study accountability and mental well-being programme (the "Service"). By joining WithIn Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

What You Are Signing Up For
1The Service
WithIn Club is a structured online study accountability and mental well-being programme designed to help competitive exam aspirants, students, and self-learners maximise their daily study hours. The Service includes:
- 24-hour live study room with 7 fixed study slots across morning, afternoon, evening, and late-night — members may follow the default schedule or customise their own
- 10-minute guided meditation sessions at the start of each study block
- 1:1 accountability check-ins where members share daily targets and completion reports
- Access to exam-specific WhatsApp communities (UPSC, NEET/JEE, SSC, Banking, CA, MBA, and more)
- Book Club reading sessions on alternate days (20 minutes of self-growth reading)
- Special study challenges including 10-hour, 12-hour, and 5-hour Mini Marathon formats
2What WithIn Club Is Not
WithIn Club is NOT a coaching institute, tutoring service, or content provider. We do not provide academic course material, lecture recordings, or subject-specific teaching. Our role is solely to provide structure, accountability, and a supportive peer community to help you study more effectively on your own.
3Changes to the Service
WithIn Club reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via WhatsApp or the community groups. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Joining WithIn Club
1Eligibility
The Service is open to any individual preparing for competitive exams or seeking structured study accountability. By enrolling, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years of age. Members under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- All information you provide at enrolment is truthful and accurate.
- You will use the Service for personal study purposes only and not for commercial gain.
2Enrolment
Members can complete payment directly via the WithIn Club website and drop a text to 8618748279 on WhatsApp. Our team will then complete the onboarding process, add you to the relevant community group(s) for your exam, and provide access to session schedules and daily planner sheets. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Subscription Plans & Payments
1Payment
Payment is to be made in advance via the WithIn Club website. Transactions are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI / QR code / card). WithIn Club is a Razorpay-verified trusted business. Your membership begins on the date payment is received and confirmed.
2Renewal Policy
The Monthly plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. All other plans do not renew automatically — you must make a fresh payment before your current subscription period ends to continue uninterrupted access. WithIn Club may send a reminder via WhatsApp near the end of your subscription period.
3Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except as required by applicable law. If you choose to leave the programme mid-subscription, no pro-rata refund will be issued. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at 8618748279 within 7 days of the charge.
Cancellation of Membership
1Cancellation by You
You may choose to discontinue your membership at any time by informing us on WhatsApp. Upon cancellation, your access to the community groups and sessions will be removed at the end of your current paid period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days in a paid period.
2Cancellation by WithIn Club
WithIn Club reserves the right to remove any member from the Service immediately and without refund under the following circumstances:
- Disruption of the live study room: Any member found seriously disrupting the study room environment — including causing disturbances, sending irrelevant messages during sessions, or intentionally disturbing other participants — will be removed immediately. In severe cases, our team reserves the right to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and take strict legal action.
- Sharing of unauthorised content: Sharing any content within WithIn Club groups or platforms that is not explicitly permitted — including promotional material, unrelated media, spam, or content that violates community guidelines — will result in immediate removal. WithIn Club has the absolute right to remove any member who violates this rule, without prior warning.
- Sharing session links, planner sheets, or community access with non-members without written permission
- Use of the Service for any illegal or commercial purpose
- Engage in disrespectful, abusive, or harassing conduct towards any member or the WithIn Club team
WithIn Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy for conduct that disrupts the learning environment or violates community trust. Membership may be revoked at any time, at our sole discretion, without refund.
Member Conduct & Responsibilities
1Study Commitment
WithIn Club is built on personal accountability. By joining, you commit to:
- Setting and sharing a daily study target/plan as instructed by your accountability partner
- Attending a minimum number of sessions per day that you agree to upon enrolment
- Responding honestly to accountability check-ins from WithIn Club
- Informing your accountability contact in advance if you cannot attend a session
Missing sessions without communication may result in a follow-up from the WithIn Club team. This is a feature of the programme, not a penalty.
2Community Standards
All members must maintain a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment across all WithIn Club WhatsApp groups. You agree not to:
- Post irrelevant, promotional, or spam content in any group
- Share misinformation about exams, study strategies, or other members
- Engage in any conduct that is offensive on the basis of religion, caste, gender, region, or any other identity
- Screenshot or share private conversations or member information outside the group
3Camera & Session Conduct
Turning on your camera during sessions is not mandatory but is encouraged, as it improves focus. When attending sessions, you agree to maintain a distraction-free environment and not disrupt other participants.
Intellectual Property
All WithIn Club materials — including session formats, planner templates, mental model content, book reading lists, and meditation scripts — are the intellectual property of WithIn Club. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any WithIn Club materials for commercial purposes
- Share planner sheets, session links, or group access with non-members
- Use WithIn Club's name, brand, or materials to create competing products or services without written permission
Personal use of materials for your own study is permitted and encouraged.
Privacy & Personal Data
When you enrol with WithIn Club, we collect your name, phone number, exam category, and study goals. This information is used solely to:
- Add you to the appropriate community groups
- Facilitate 1:1 accountability check-ins
- Send session reminders and programme updates
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. WhatsApp communication is subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. You may request removal of your data by contacting us at 8618748279.
We may share anonymised testimonials or screenshots of progress messages for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your messages used in this way, please inform us and we will respect your preference.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
1. No Academic Guarantee
WithIn Club provides accountability and structure. We do not guarantee any specific exam result, score improvement, or selection outcome. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, preparation, and many external factors beyond our control.
2. Mental Well-Being Content
The meditation sessions, mental model workshops, and book club readings offered by WithIn Club are designed for general well-being and productivity improvement. They are not a substitute for professional mental health advice, therapy, or medical treatment.
3. Service Availability
While we make every effort to run sessions as scheduled, WithIn Club does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WithIn Club and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Platforms
The Service is primarily delivered via WhatsApp and video conferencing platforms. Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. WithIn Club is not responsible for any outage, data breach, or policy change on the part of these third-party platforms.
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms and privacy policy.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: If you have a concern, please contact us directly on WhatsApp at 8618748279. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where WithIn Club is registered.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WithIn Club regarding your membership.
Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Updates: WithIn Club may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be communicated via WhatsApp.
